加拿大放寬入境限制
加拿大放寬入境限制 ：加拿大公共安全和應急準備部長布萊爾（Bill Blair）週五在渥太華舉行的記者會上宣布，學簽持有者將可入境加拿大。前提是他們即將就讀的學校有資格招收留學生，且學校的疫情防控計劃已獲得政府認可。
這項新政策將從10月20日起實施。政府官網將在近日公布疫情防控計劃獲批的學校名單。
除了留學生，加拿大公民與永久居民的更多直系親屬將可入境加拿大。
直系親屬包括祖父母、兄弟姐妹、約會至少一年的男友和女友、成年子女、孫輩等。
從10月8日起，持有齊全的證明資料的上述親屬可以來到加拿大，具體要求及細節等政府將稍後在網站上公佈。
之前，「直系親屬」的定義範圍較窄，僅包括加拿大人的父母、繼父繼母、配偶、同居伴侶、需要他們照顧的子女和孫輩等。
現在的規定是，加拿大人的直系親屬要想入境，必須證明他們打算在加國做「重要」的事，如工作、學習、買藥等。
加拿大移民部已預批5.6萬份學簽 留學移民指日可待！
由於疫情的影響，導致先前大多數留學生無法前往加拿大。但是，許多獲得加拿大聯邦和省政府批准可以接受留學生的大專院校及教育機構紛紛表示，在疫情期間仍然歡迎更多的留學生。因此，加拿大衛生部、各省地區和教育機構之間一直在討論和積極推動有關安全的檢疫和隔離計劃，讓國際留學生在未來幾個月內可以順利來到加拿大並返校入學。
根據加拿大移民部長Marco Mendicino在9月22日的線上會議上透露了關於留學生簽證（study-permit）和旅行限制的重要信息，其中他強調了2個重點。
1. 截至目前，加拿大移民部（IRCC）已經批准了5.6萬份第一階段的學習許可申請。
2. 考慮放寬對留學生的旅行限制，同時，確保每個指定的學習機構遵守其所在省和地區的公共衛生要求，讓更多的留學生能夠入境加拿大並重回校園。
目前，新的學簽（Study Permit）申請需要分兩個步驟：
【第一階段】獲得加拿大大學或指定教育機構發出的就學證明書,並且有足夠的存款，則可獲得加拿大政府的初步批准。留學生便可以直接在境外開始上課，無需提供其他材料。
【第二階段】補齊其他資料例如：生物辨識、體檢結果、無犯罪證明…等。留學生需要提交全部所需材料來獲得學簽，並且憑藉由學簽回來加拿大完成學業。
必須注意的是，提交了全部所需資料也不一定100%獲得學簽，簽證資料還是要進行嚴格審核的。
