加拿大留學生要求 工作簽證 延長，政府制定相關政策。
2020因為疫情關係， 加拿大 失業率持續上升，許多 加拿大 留學生因為找不到工作導致 畢業後工簽 PGWP 即將過期，被迫返回自己國家，以致於無法如期順利的領取 PR 移民加拿大，為此超過一萬個加拿大留學生聯屬簽名請願，要求移民署解決 延長 簽證 相關問題。
最終，加拿大移民通訊社12/3報導，留學生的請求獲得了移民署的正視並且移民部部長 Marco Mendicino正式回應。
加拿大 延長 畢業工簽
加拿大 正在制定 延長 PGWP 畢業後工簽 政策：
移民部長表示：「不會有任何一個國際學生因為工作 簽證 到期而被迫離開 加拿大 ，並且允許國際學生會有一段時間可以 延長 自己的身份。」
這表示移民部正在擬定 延長 簽證 相關政策，並且保證大家在等待申請的期間，國際學生可以繼續保持有效的工作合法簽證，以確保國際學生能夠順利如期的在加拿大申請永久居民。
因此因為疫情而失業的同學們也不用擔心工作簽證的有效期間問題哦！
