加拿大 PGWP 政策更新
加拿大 PGWP 畢業後工簽 政策更新 ：
上個月移民局宣布境內申請工簽者，即使沒有Biotrics生物辨識，也會持續被審理。昨天(8/26)再度把境外上線上課程的同學們的資格放寬！
細節分別如下:
- 國際學生可以在境外上網課直到2021年4月30日，如該學生最終至少50%的學習是在加拿大境內完成，則境外上網課時間不會從畢業工簽長度裡扣除。
- 只讀一年專業的學生注意：2020年5月~9月開學，專業總長度是8~12個月的國際學生，可以在境外完成全部網路課程，仍然有資格申請畢業工簽！
- 2020年5月~9月開學的國際學生，在境外上網課直到2021年4月30日，如果讀2個或以上的專業，若該學生最終至少50%的學習是在加拿大境內完成，則在申請畢業工簽時，可以把兩個專業的長度相加。
也就是如果你是就讀2個1年的專業課程，只要有50%的學習是在加拿大境內完成，仍可以以2年的就學經驗申請3年畢業工簽。

目前加拿大學簽的申請以及審理是怎樣的呢？
在疫情期間，加拿大簽證中心不接受紙本簽證申請，需要以網路申請。另外，加拿大接受不完整的學習簽證申請，新的學習許可制度允許國際學生在沒有拿到學簽的情況下開始學習。
不過如果國際學生想要申請PGWP畢業工簽，需要完整的學習簽證。所有文件提交申請並被批准後，就可以獲得學習簽證。
目前臨時實施的兩個階段學簽審批程序，為無法提交所有的所需文件並選擇遠距學習的國際學生提供了入學保障：
- 第一階段：提交學簽申請，表明已被加拿大認可的學習機構錄取以及提供資金證明等，學生將收到第一階段原則性批覆，這意味著學生可以選擇線上上課了。
- 第二階段：滿足所有的條件後，（包括提交必要的文件，例如指紋採集，體檢和無犯罪證明）學生將獲得最終學簽批准。

那麼，拿到畢業工簽之後如何才能獲得永久居留權呢？
畢業工簽為國際學生提供了畢業後在加拿大工作1~3年的機會，在此期間他們可以輕鬆達到移民的目的。
加拿大各個省針對當地的留學生都開放了相應的留學生移民通道，申請條件也因省而異。而對於不想走留學移民通道的留學生來說，想畢業後獲得加拿大身份，還可以選擇各省經驗類移民或者聯邦技術移民，也都是很好的轉永居方式。
