加拿大 學生簽證
在各位申請好加拿大的學校、拿到錄取許可後，最重要的事就是立馬手刀辦理學生簽證啦！學生簽證 (Student Permit) 是指擁有學生資格的留學憑證。無論是想在加拿大唸語言學校、大學、，專業職業課程，為期在當地待6個月以上的留學生們都必須申請學生簽證。而這張簽證決定你是否通過加拿大海關。
學生簽證規定
辦證資格：持有護照與含DLI號碼之入學許可。
停留時間：依照入學許可上之課程時間為主。
課程限制：註冊課程課程最少為26週(超過半年以上)。
學生簽證 該準備的文件和步驟
1. 進入加拿大政府官網

在Study permit項目中要先Determine your eligibility，就是填一串問卷確認你合不合格申請學生簽證。合格後，就能註冊帳號、看到繳交資料項目(Submit documents) 。
2. 填寫加拿大學生簽證申請表
申請表：Application for Study Permit Mode Outside of Canada, IMM1294
在遞交申請表時，如果有漏件、缺件會延遲整個簽證審核過程，所以一辦理就附上所有以下文件是非常重要的！
- 學校入學許可：學生錄取通知書(LOA)。
- 護照影本 2份：護照需要至少離境六個月以上的有效期限，申請人護照複印件的首頁及尾頁並簽上姓名和出生日期。
- 英文版財力證明切結書 ：財力證明的目的是要確認你在加拿大生活的時候，有足夠經費負擔學費、回程機票、生活費。財力證明可以是銀行餘額存款證明、可兌換貨幣的銀行鈔票之類，可以參考加拿大政府官網上提供的其他選項。
- 體檢證明：如果要在加拿大待超過六個月，就必須繳交體檢報告，體健收費大約是3500-5000台幣，要自己去醫院檢查。
- 英文版戶籍謄本：全戶戶籍謄本。

- 英文讀書計畫：主要描述去加拿大的學習目的和計畫，內容絕不可寫到有關移民傾向，且提到結束留學後會返回自己的國家。撰寫學習計畫的目的是說服審查移民官讓學生留在家拿大學習。
- 大頭照 2張：護照規格照片45mm x 35mm。
- 畢業證書及成績單：離申請人最近的英文版畢業證書及成績。

省級證明信 (PAL) FAQs
省級證明信 (Provincial Attestation Letter, PAL) 是由省或地區政府簽發的文件，確認您的學習以及您的課程符合移民和勞動力市場的需求。
在 2024 年 1 月 22 日加東時間上午 8:30 之後提交的學簽申請都需要 PAL。 各省將於 2024 年 3 月 31 日之前提供有關如何申請 PAL 的更多資訊。

不需要。如果您已經收到學簽，則不需要證明信。
可以。 如果您註冊的課程少於 6 個月 (24 週)，則不需要學生簽證。 如果您希望學習時間超過 6 個月，則必須申請學生簽證。
即使正在申請先決課程或計劃 (prerequisite course or program) 來銜接學院課程，包括語言課程或計劃，還是需要省級證明信。(最新政策參考連結：點我)
在加拿大境內申請學生簽證，如先學習語言課程達到入學標準，將利用語言課程成績報名申請DLI院校，可免除省級證明信(Provincial Attestation Letter)要求。
預估審核時間
審核時間，請參考加拿大 IRCC 網站：Check processing times
大約等個五週的時間就能收到簽證了！因為過程很繁瑣，還是建議大家儘早準備比較好，需等待的時間大概是三週至八週。Approved後會收到一封PDF letter，下載列印後就能在入境加拿大時拿到簽證了。如果有任何申請加拿大學生簽證相關問題，也可以聯絡加拿大在台辦事處：
