加拿大 研擬取消入境 14天隔離
今年3月， 加拿大 宣佈所有入境者必須進行 14天隔離 ，而根據最新消息，加拿大 未來將取消 14天隔離 政策，取而代之的是在機場就對入境乘客展開新冠病毒的快速檢測。
本月初，加拿大聯邦衛生部接連批准三項快速檢測，包括德國Abbott Rapid Diagnoistics公司850萬劑Panbio快速檢測劑，790萬劑Abbot公司的ID Nows檢測劑，以及安省Guelph公司的Hyris bCUBE檢測劑。
11月2日在Coutts邊境和卡加利國際機場開始試運行
加拿大時間10月22日，阿省省長康尼宣佈11月2日起將開始試點，屆時，卡加利國際機場（Calgary International Airport (YYC)）和阿省南部的Coutts陸路過境點將提供新的新冠檢測選項。
這個自願選擇的方案是阿省和加拿大聯邦政府之間的一項聯合試點項目。
可以接受快篩的旅客：
- 加拿大公民
- 加拿大永久居民
- 目前允許進入加拿大的外國人
- 獲得豁免資格的基本工人
不符合條件的國際旅客：
- 因商務或休閒目的進入加拿大的外國旅客
- 返回加拿大但前往其他省份（參加試點必須在阿省停留14天）
如果快篩結果顯示為陰性，則14天的自我隔離時間可以縮短到48小時左右，但是旅行者必須承諾在6天或7天後再次接受檢測。同時，參與試點項目的旅客必須每日密切監控症狀，並要求採取加強的預防性防疫措施，例如在公共場所戴著口罩和避免拜訪高危人群。
入境旅客也可以不選擇參與試點項目，但所有選擇不參加試點的旅行者將遵守正常的14天隔離規定。
安省表示：未來可能跟進
10/22週四下午，安省省長福特表示，他完全贊成這項快速檢測試點，安省政府也有意這麼做。
福特在記者會上說，他與康尼省長通過電話：「我們會密切關注卡加利的試點情況，並對此持開放的態度。」
福特說，自己一直在關注這個項目，但是在安省試運行類似的項目之前，他想先看看這次試運行的結果，畢竟「卡加利不像多倫多這麼多元化，你知道，落地多倫多的旅客來自世界各地。」
