(1/27更新) 延長畢業工簽PGWP，已經開放申請囉！

＊＊＊要如何申請新的開放工簽OWP？

必須在2021年7月27日之前，在網上提交申請。你只能申請OWP一次，並且不能續簽。如果你的護照有效期超過18個月，那麼你的OWP最多只能獲得18個月有效期。

STEP1: 準備好所有文件的電子檔案，和有效的銀行卡。

STEP2: 在完成申請之前須閱讀完此文件，完成表格填寫。

STEP3: 支付申請費用，直接申請開放工簽需要＄100加幣，但若是要恢復工作簽證則要獲得新的工簽需支付$355加幣。

想要申請OWP需要滿足5條要求：

1 你的畢業工簽將在1月30日或之後失效，或者你的畢業工簽將在你提交申請OWP的4個月之內失效；（舉例，若在7月26日提交OWP申請，畢業工簽必須在11月26日之前失效）

2 在1月27日政策生效之前，你就已經待在加拿大境內，並且會一直待下去；

3 你現在有臨時居民身份，或者已經失去臨時居民身份，但是已經提交了續簽申請，再或者已經失去臨時居民身份，但是會在申請OWP的同時，也申請續簽；

4 在這項公共政策下，你需要提出申請OWP；

5 你擁有有效的護照。

你的OWP最多只能簽發18個月有效期，並且不會超過你的護照有效期。如果你的護照只剩6個月有效期了，那麼就只能獲得6個月的OWP有效期。

加拿大新政策，讓國際學生延長畢業工簽 PGWP 18個月！

延長畢業後工簽 PGWP：

2021年1月8號，加拿大移民部長宣布，因為疫情的關係導致國際學生沒有辦法獲得足夠的加拿大工作體驗，將會提供一項臨時政策，允許持有過期或是即將到期的畢業工簽學生，可以再申請一個有效為18個月的新工作簽證 ( PGWP )來延長簽證。

＊申請條件為

1. 持有的畢業後工簽在1 /30前過期，或者是畢業後工簽在申請之日4個月內到期。

2. 申請的人仍需要待在加拿大境內。

3. 在加拿大境內需有合法的短期簽證，或者正在恢復短期身份當中。

根據IRCC說法，新的工作簽證申請時間為2021年1月27日至7月27日，每人都只有一次申請的機會，也就代表工作簽證是1月30號到11月27號之間會過期的留學生都可以申請！
