這是的名額和以往一樣都是940位候選人，唯一比較不一樣的是這次需要先提供給加拿大政府「有效的加拿大工作證明。也就是必須先找到工作，請公司提供工作的offer給IRCC才能夠順利的收到邀請哦！

2/22起，加拿大隔離酒店名單出爐
2/22起，所有非必要的國際航空旅客都需要自費在酒店隔離，並且在指定的酒店待三天，等待入境加拿大後所檢測的結果。
日前，加拿大政府已經公開隔離酒店的名單。

境外的網課可以延長至12/31並且不影響工簽
根據加拿大移民局的最新消息顯示，因為疫情關係的影響，留學生的畢業工簽(PGWP)有效時間能夠延長到2021年12月31日，這表示留學生在境外學習的時間都會計入PGWP的有效時間也不會影響畢業工簽的申請。
國際留學生就算100%都是網課也可獲得三年畢業工簽
根據CIC NEWS報導，加拿大政府目前正在進一步的放寬國際留學生們申請畢業工簽的標準，在疫情期間，就算所有課程都是通過網課而進行學習，畢業後仍然可以獲得3年的工作簽證，讓留學生們可以留下來申請PR。

1月29號加拿大宣布入境最新政策(政府已確認2/22開始實施)
所有加拿大的國際航班（包含美國），僅能降落在溫哥華、多倫多、卡加利、蒙特婁機場。
所有的入境旅客在機場需接受COVID19的核酸檢測(多倫多機場2/1已經開始強制檢測)，並且在政府許可的防疫旅館內隔離三天等待檢測結果（其中的住宿花費以及檢測費皆須由旅客自行負擔，約2000加幣）。
2021年2月22日，開始實施。
＊＊＊預計政策實施後，國際學生的入境程序:如下圖
1.首先要取得學簽並且確保學校在DLI的名單上
2.登機之前需取得72小時的陰性報告
3.抵達加拿大後需要再次進行檢測
4.入住政府指定隔離旅館3天，等待檢驗結果
5.取得陰性報告後仍須回家隔離14天

即日起，留學生可申請延長18個月的開放性工簽
（申請截止日: 2021年7月27日）
＊＊申請人須滿足以下條件：
1. 申請人持有畢業工簽在2020年1月30日過期，或者即將在申請的4個月內過期。
2. 申請人需要在加拿大境內 。
3. 申請人在加拿大境內要有合法身份。（學簽/工簽/觀光簽證）
4. 申請人持有有效護照。（開放工簽可延長18個月，建議護照有效期限長於18個月）

留學生可以在境外開始coop實習！
2021年1月19號，IRCC加拿大移民署有新的更新：
( 1 ) 對於有Coop實習的國際學生，在學校和雇主都同意的狀況下，可以在境外開始Coop實習，無需工作簽證。
( 2 ) 在加拿大境內的等待實習工作簽證的國際學生，可以在滿足移民法條例R186的狀況下開始實習。
＊民法條例R186是指，在指定的機構全職學習的國際學生可以在校內打工，而有標記可以校外打工則不限打工地點和雇主。但是對打工有明確限制，每週合法打工20小時，放假期間可以全職打工。

畢業後工作簽證可以延長18個月！
加拿大聯邦移民部1月8號宣布，留學生畢業工作簽證可以再申請一個新的為期18個月的開放工作簽。
＊申請條件：
1.曾經有過畢業工簽，畢業工簽在2020/01/30之後過期，或者在申請之日起4個月內到期。
2.申請者必須仍在加拿大境內
3.申請者在加拿大需要仍持有有效的短期簽證，或者正在恢復短期身份中。

入境加拿大政策更新：需要取得核酸檢驗陰性證明
加拿大政府在2020年12月31日宣布，從2021年1月7號起，所有年齡滿五歲並且搭乘飛機入境加拿大的乘客，都必須在登機之前取得登機時間前三天內完成的 COVID-19核酸檢驗陰性的報告，並且在登機前出示給航空公司人員已獲得入境的資格。

入境加拿大最新規定：需每天透過ArriveCAN回報COVID-19自我評估
從2020年11月21日起開始執行，入境者仍需自我隔離14天，並且每日回報COVID-19症狀自我評估。
若不遵守以上規則，將會被執法部門列為高度優先關注，以便執行該入境者需承擔的法律責任。

安省政府發佈了針對COVID-19限制的新分層系統，部分地區餐廳、健身房11/7重開放！
新系統將根據病毒傳播和醫院的容量，將安省的每個區域劃分為五個不同顏色。
安省省長道格·福特表示渥太華、皮爾區和約克區將於週六11/7凌晨12:01正式進入橘色範圍，允許健身房重新開放，酒吧和餐館可以恢復室內用餐多倫多要到11月14日才會進入橘色範圍。
橘色範圍餐廳、健身房、電影院開放規則：
- 每桌最多可坐四個人
- 晚上9點以後不能提供酒精飲料，
營業所必須在晚上10點之前關閉 - 必須始終保持50人的室內容量限制
- 必須對所有顧客進行症狀篩查

加拿大公布2021~2023年移民計畫，將接收總移民增加到123.3萬！
增加了新移民的接收數量，是因為要彌補2020年的缺口。這次移民計畫注重經濟增長，其中有60%的新移民將會來自經濟類（包括投資移民和技術移民）
此類移民數字變化最大，從原來的17萬，三年遞增至近25萬。

- Immediate Family Member 定義：
配偶/同居伴侶、未滿22歲子女、父母
不需要入境許可 - Extended Family Member 定義：
交往1年以上伴侶、兄弟姊妹、成年子女、孫子女、祖父母

加拿大政府週一（9月28日）發佈樞密院令，把國際旅行限制延期至10月31日。美加邊境也在本月稍早宣布持續關閉到10月21日。
