《口罩海外寄送》申請步驟大解析
4月9日起，「口罩實名制」開放民眾寄送 口罩 至海外，對象限制為寄件人的配偶或二親等內的親屬，收件人每2個月最多可收到30片；寄件人每2個月最多也可寄送30片。什麼是二等親？怎麼寄？中央流行疫情指揮中心今（6）日公布細節， 海外寄送 只要按著以下二張流程圖做就好。
「二等親」包括哪些人？
本人的祖父母、外祖父母、父母、兄弟姊妹及其配偶、子女及其配偶、孫子女及其配偶、外孫子女及其配偶。
配偶的祖父母、外祖父母、父母、兄弟姊妹及其配偶、配偶與其前配偶所生之子女及其配偶、孫子女及其配偶、外孫子女及其配偶。

輸出許可證-申請流程
1、登入系統：4月9日9時起寄件人登入經濟部貿易局所設專屬網站 https://emaskep.trade.gov.tw
2、輸入資料：寄件人及收件人姓名、身分證字號、雙方親屬關係、寄件人手機號碼（接收許可證號碼）、口罩數量（30片以內）及金額等資料。
3、身分檢核：透過經濟部與內政部電腦系統，檢核寄件人與收件人為配偶或二親等內親屬，收件人居住國外，及雙方均有中華民國國籍。
4、核發輸出許可證：身分檢核及數量無誤即核發許可證，並即時簡訊通知申請人。
貨運寄送流程
1、透過郵局寄送：寄件人提供許可證號碼或身分證字號，郵局人員登入經濟部貿易局所設專屬網站查驗屬實後列印許可證標籤，貼在郵包上辦理郵寄。
（郵局空運已暫停收發加拿大）
2、透過快遞寄送 : 寄件人只能提供許可證號碼，由快遞公司辦理簡易報關（報關系統比對許可證）及寄送。寄件人無法線上申請時，可填妥資料傳真或親臨貿易局辦理，貿易局專人協助將資料登入許可證申請系統。

中華郵政自4月1日起，新增暫停收寄發往加拿大和澳洲之各類航空郵件，截至目前為止暫停收寄國家(地區)共109個。資訊如下表：
