安省政府發佈了針對COVID-19限制的新分層系統
根據加拿大新聞媒體報導，安省政府發佈了針對COVID-19限制的新分層系統，該系統將允許大多數企業重新開放。但是要求他們關閉時間更早，並且規定了更嚴格的容量限制和強制症狀篩查。
新系統將根據其社區內的病毒傳播和醫院的容量，將安省的每個公共衛生部門劃分為五個不同顏色編碼。根據該計畫，目前處於第二階段的四個地區，多倫多，皮爾區，渥太華和約克區將與東部安省衛生部門一起被劃為橙色類別，並施行「中等措施」來控制COVID-19病毒的傳播。

新限生效後，將基本上將允許關閉的酒吧，餐館，體育館，賭場和電影院最早在週六在約克區，皮爾區和渥太華重新開放，並一週後在多倫多重新開放。

從橘色類別，變成紅色類別的標準？
該限令說如果陽性率超過10％，或者每週每100,000人中有100例以上新感染，則可以將該區域「從橙色範圍轉移到紅色範圍」。如果陽性率應降至2.5％以下，每週發病率應低於每10萬人40例新感染，則可以該將區域「從橙色範圍轉變為限制性較低的黃色範圍」。
多倫多目前的陽性率為4.6％，每週的發病率是每100,000人中約有75例新感染。官員們說，「地區被轉移到新範圍後必須至少保留28天」。官員們通常會每兩週檢查一次安省34個公共衛生部門中，但是如果他們發現「迅速惡化的趨勢」，則可以採取更快的行動。
應該注意的是，根據新限令，脫衣舞俱樂部將繼續被禁止在所有地區運營，而要求去除口罩的個人護理服務將僅在「綠色地區」被允許。
