部分科系學生得以重返校園
加拿大疫情 ：自從疫情在加拿大爆發以來，位於安省的大學、學院的學生們不得不居家上網課，甚至還有部分學生面臨著停課、延遲畢業等重大影響……
對此，安省大學部長Ross Romano於6月10日）表示，由於新冠病毒疫情影響，導致機構關閉且未能正常畢業的學生，將能夠在7月份重返課堂完成學業。
政府表示，此舉可能夠使成千上萬的學生於今年順利畢業。
Ross Romano在每日新聞發佈會上發佈講話稱，從7月2日開始，這些學生將可以重返校園上課，該計畫是在與衛生官員協商後製定的。
第一階段重新開放將以基本、前線和高勞動力市場需求領域的學生優先，例如護理，個人看護人員，工程學和其他關鍵行業。
除此之外，政府聲明還補充說，「公立大學、學院、研究所、私立職業學院以及其他專上教育機構均可自願選擇是否重開。」
如果他們決定重新開放，那麼需要制定限制性計畫（包括限制課堂人數等），並根據公共衛生部門的建議進行重開。
從7月2日開始的試點項目還旨在幫助安省的大學加快秋季的學習進度。
早在5月中旬，該省各地的大學、學院均已加緊準備將秋季學期的課程轉為網課、小班制線下教學或兩種模式混合。
目前，安省正在與各大高校等教育機構緊密合作，開始重新開放校園的進程。位於多倫多的大學和學院是否有機會參與「重開校園」的試點目前還有待觀察。
不到兩週前，多倫多市長莊德利（John Tory）曾表示，他呼籲市民們可以居家辦公和學習直至9月份，通過這樣的方式來減輕城市重啟初期的公共交通的壓力、緩解交通擁堵。
對此，Ross Romano強調：「至關重要的是，我們必須讓學生們順利完成學業並畢業，以便他們能夠達到更高的要求，並加入到勞動力市場中，幫助安省恢復經濟。」
同時他還表示，自己將繼續與高等教育部門合作，確定如何在保證學生和教職工的健康安全的前提下重開校園。

同時，安省省長福特還說：
「無論是捐贈個人防護設備、研究疫苗和治療方法，還是幫助對確診患者的密切接觸者進行追蹤。安省的學生們、研究人員以及大學和學院都付出了巨大努力，支持我們的一線醫療工作者應對新冠疫情。」
「現在，我們必須為學生們提供支持，確保他們能夠繼續通過網課或線下課程完成學業，並成為下一代的一線英雄、創新者和社區建設者。」
為了保持安省在高等教育和研究領域的全球領導者地位，政府還將在今年夏天開始著手建立現代網絡教學框架。
借此發掘虛擬教學的潛力，並保證學生們能夠接受優質的教育和培訓，滿足快速變化的就業市場和經濟需求。
擔心關於留遊學的計畫被打亂？
雖然加拿大總理已經宣布3月18號起關閉國境，不過人在境內的同學們也不用擔心，總理也建議大家不要出境可以在境內直接轉簽證。
不論你是持有觀光簽證、學生簽證或打工度假簽證要轉學簽或延簽加拿大都是可以辦理的喔！
