加拿大移民局於2019/12/3宣布：凡於境內或境外申請簽證，也都需要進行Biometrics生物辨識，提供指紋及照相留檔。

什麼是生物辨識 Biometrics ?

所謂的生物辨識紀錄，就是你的照片及指紋。

→ 對象:14-79歲的申請者

→ 有效期限：每次做完生物辨識，可以保留10年。

• 繳交生物辨識biometrics審查費

提交簽證申請書時，一起繳交簽證費用及 生物辨識 審核費(線上信用卡刷卡)。

→ 生物辨識費用: CAD $85

• 收到生物辨識通知信 (BIL, Biometric Instruction Letter)

提交申請文件，約24小時左右，就會收到移民局核發的Bio-metric Instruction Letter。

< 請注意 > 一般要提供生物辨識的情況，都要等候移民局核發信件給你，才能去預約.

生物辨識 Biometrics 申請指引信件範本

•【UCI 號碼】為加拿大移民局給你的個人號碼，可將此號碼記錄下來，以後要從加拿大移民局查詢任何資料時就可以提供。

•【Application No】申請書編號，為這次申請案件的號碼。也可記錄下來，之後若要查詢這次申請的任何資料可以提供。(每次提出申請，就會有不同的申請編號)

•【小提醒】你必須先完成生物辨識才能入境加拿大，而如果你已經在加拿大了，從2019/12/3起，在境內申請簽證也需提供生物辨識，流程已可以在加拿大境內辦理

•【生物辨識期限】信件最後有完成生物辨識的期限。

當天請攜帶：

1. 護照正本
2. 護照影本*2份(彩色、黑白都可以)
3. 預約信
4. 生物辨識通知信 (必須列印紙本BIL指示信函)
5. 其他身分證明文件
