加拿大 救生艇計劃 工作簽證 計劃的產生
中共政府在6月30日通過了《港區國安法》的條文，並在當天晚上 11時生效，引起了外界以及國際社會的高度關注。外界認為是次中央繞過了香港立法機關，在沒有在香港廣泛詰詢（例如進行公聽會），的情況下完成立法過程和條文。這次立法受到多個國家的批評，認為有可能衝擊香港一直以來的人權，自由，司法獨立以及一國兩制。香港除後爆發了 移民 朝，各國亦因應作出了不同的 移民 政策，以此提供香港人透過簽証在當地以讀書、創業、工作等形式入藉。加拿大 亦不例外，在他們的 救生艇計劃 中，針對年輕人提供 工作簽証 申請。但坊間因初接觸 移民 ，可能有著各種不同的疑慮，讓我們在這篇文章續一為你解答！

疑問1: 這個 工作簽証 方案何時開始接受申請？
- 由即日起開始接受申請，到2023年2月7日截止， 為期兩年。
疑問2: 申請接受哪類形的護照？
- 持有香港特區護照以及BNO的港人均可申請。
疑問3: 哪類型的人會受惠？
- 是次 工作簽証 計劃針對 年青人 而定，18歲或以上人士在過去5年內畢業並在加獲得高級文憑（designated post-secondary degree) 或在加以外的國家，擁有同等的外國証書 （foreign diploma certificate or credential) 可獲三年開放 工作簽證 。
疑問4: 家人或伴侶可受惠嗎？
- 可以，達到申請資格的申請者的直屬家人，均可申請學生或 工作簽證 。
疑問5: 如何知道外國証書的認受性？
- 在申請過程中，申請人須提供第三方的認證機構的認可（Educational Credential Assessment) , 以此証明與加國相同的學歷。

疑問6: 在疫情下，會否影響到申請前後的步驟？
- 會，在官方公布的入境措施底下，已獲得簽証的申請者，需先獲一間加國公司聘請才可入境。
疑問7: 除了這個方案還有其他 簽証 或入藉途徑嗎？
- 加拿大 政府將於今年稍後時間公布另外兩項與此相近的新 移民 政策, 例如在加國完成專上課程的 香港 留學 生及工作一年或以上的香港居民，如達到官方認可學歷及語言水平，可申請成為永久居民。
