加拿大 安大略省 疫苗 政策最新情報 加拿大 整體的 疫苗 施打狀況，12歲以上的有資格的人口， 88.4%已完整接種兩劑 疫苗 ，而83.1%至少接種一劑 (數據截至2021年10月20日)。加國政府也已經陸續對國際旅客和國際學生放寬邊境標準，而在 安大略省 更是放寬對 「完整接種疫苗者」 的定義。 在政策最新情報中，除了允許更多人進入安省，同時也優化的 疫苗 驗證系統 (Vertify Ontario APP)，讓省民更加方便使用 疫苗 QR CODE證書，快來一探究竟 疫苗 政策最新情報！ 安大略省 對於 完整接種疫苗者 的定義 完整接種疫苗者 已在上個月開放允許入境 加拿大 ，而 加拿大 安大略省  (多倫多、渥太華) 於2021年10月12日，放寬對「 完整接種疫苗者 」(Fully vaccinated) 的定義。以下三種 疫苗 接種情況，在安省都會被視為完整接種者。這項政策的放寬，對於在台灣已經施打高端 疫苗 的你們，可以說是給了很大的機會入境 加拿大 。 一、完整接種 加拿大 政府認可的 疫苗 (可混打) 目前加拿大整府認可的四款疫苗  Pfizer-BioNTech 輝瑞BNT (需施打兩劑) Moderna 莫德納 (需施打兩劑)  AstraZenca AZ 疫苗  (需施打兩劑) Johnson & Johnson 強生 (僅需施打一劑) 二、已接種一或兩劑「非」 加拿大 政府認可的 疫苗，而再接種一劑認可的 mRNA 疫苗 在台灣已接種一劑或兩劑的高端 疫苗 ，之後在 加拿大 隔離14天後，再補打一劑mRN 疫苗 ( 輝瑞BNT 或 莫德納)。    三、施打三劑「非」加拿大 政府認可的 疫苗 之後在台灣可以開放打第三劑高端 疫苗，入境也將被安省視為「 完整接種疫苗者 」。可以持續關注台灣可以施打第三劑 疫苗 的政策喔！ 如何申請 安大略省 疫苗 QR CODE？ 「有」安大略省健康卡 OHIP 登入「Ontario COVID-19 Vaccination」 步驟一：填寫基本資料 ( 安大略省 健康卡卡號、生日以及郵遞區號等等)。   步驟二：點選「Proof of Vaccination」( 疫苗 證明)。   步驟三：會出現你的 安大略省 疫苗 證書 QR CODE。   步驟四：最後一步，點選「Download your enhanced vaccine certificate」(下載 疫苗 證書 QR CODE)，存到你的手機裡，以便未來出示證明。 「沒有」 安大略省 健康卡 OHIP，怎麼辦？ 電話：上 「Get COVID-19  Vaccine Certificate」查詢電話後，致電向政府索取你的COVID ID。然後可以直接打給 Provincial Vaccine Contact Center: 1-833-943-3900 用COVID ID 索取臨時健康卡卡號。  郵件：發送電子郵件給 vaccine@fcjrefugeecentre.org，附上疫苗收據，索取臨時健康卡卡號。 企業或店家掃描 疫苗 QR CODE 的顯示圖示 安大略省 政府推出APP 「Verify Ontario」以方便企業和店家，更快速檢視顧客們的 疫苗 接種狀況。經由店家使用APP掃描之後，會出現三種圖示來讓店家辨別。 綠色：疫苗 驗證成功，允許進入。 紅色：無效 疫苗 證書，未完整接種 疫苗 。 黃色：問題，QR COED無效或不支援此APP。 沒有 疫苗 QR CODE 一樣可以進出室內場所嗎？ 可以！ 在 安大略省 目前並沒有強制一定要申請 疫苗 QR CODE，還是可以出示紙本或電子檔的施打兩劑 疫苗 的證明，並記得攜一張 加拿大 政府認可的實體證件。   — 2022年01月04日起，安大略省全面啟動使用疫苗QR Code！

【 加拿大Covid核酸檢測地點 】12/1起入境台灣需出示核陰性報告

《海外國民不用再擔心》口罩海外寄送簡單流程教你申請！
